Can you demonstrate the ability to work successfully within a high-performing office, supporting a busy department, working with an organised approach to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring attention to detail is maintained? If so, we might just have the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Business Support Assistant to join our London-based Business Operations team on a permanent, full-time contract. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service in a busy environment, particularly on the telephone and via email, excellent communication skills both written and oral, with an ability to accurately manipulate, gather and present information both quickly and efficiently.

As our Business Support Assistant, you will contribute to the smooth running of the business unit and provide high-quality, confidential support to the staff teams and wider organisation. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will provide administrative support covering a wide range of tasks and activities and assist in the development and implementation of finance, HR or operational processes.
