Trust in Journalism Conference 2019 announced
IMPRESS announced the date for its second Trust in Journalism Conference. The 2019 edition will take place on Thursday 14 November 2019, in Central London.
The programme and speakers of Trust in Journalism Conference 2019 will be announced in the following months.
In 2018, the Conference started off to a high note with a key note speech by one of the most experienced editors in the UK, Alan Rusbridger. This was followed by a series of panels, with speakers that included journalists, publishers, media specialists, academics, public policy experts such as: Rachel Oldroyd (The Bureau of Investigative Journalism), Meera Selva (the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism), Gavin Esler (journalist and broadaster), Emma Meese (Centre for Community Journalism), Peter Jukes (Byline), Damian Tambini (LSE), and Rachel Coldicutt (Doteveryone).
